Summer Camp Enrollment and Forms

Thank you for choosing a Leone Equestrians’ Summer Camp.  We are pleased to offer your child a safe and fun environment to learn about horses and riding.  To enroll your child in a summer camp, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download and complete a Leone Equestrians, Inc. Release of Liability Form
  2. Download and complete a Summer Camp Enrollment Form
  3. If you are interested in Extended Care, download and complete an Extended Day Form
  4. Reserve your spot by mailing all completed forms and your $50.00 non-refundable deposit to:  Leone Equestrians, Inc., 6213 Excelsior Road, Sacramento, CA 95829
  5. Balance due two weeks prior to each session.  Balances not paid in full by balance due dates are subject to a $40.00 late fee and may result in loss of reserved spot at camp.  Late enrollment requires payment in full.
  6. If you like to pay by credit card, please download the Credit Card Authorization Form and mail it with your enrollment forms or call the office at 916-689-4820.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

*Minimum of 3 riders required per day of camp to be offered.  Should Leone Equestrians cancel due to less than 3 riders registered, entire payment (including deposit) will be refunded.
*Cancellations made after balance due date will not be refunded.
*Leone Equestrians reserves the right to substitute the riding portion of camp with other activities due to weather and/or safety issues.
